We offer assembly services for a fee.

We can provide you with a quote after the products, quantity, and delivery address are determined.
Please bear with us during the time it takes to get back to you with an estimate.
Assembly fees vary depending on the product, quantity, and delivery address.

Returns & ExchangesReturns & Exchanges

Return Deadlines & Conditions

We ask that the item be returned unopened within 3 business days of arrival.
Please be aware that we cannot accept any requests for returns or exchanges after that period.
Also, when sending products back for returns or exchanges, we ask that you pack them in cardboard boxes yourself.
If the products are not packed or improperly packed, we will not be able to collect them and the returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

If the reason is due to the customer's preference, the customer will be responsible for the costs. However, in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products, we will pay the cost of shipping.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we will check our inventory and replace it with a new one. Please contact us by phone or email within 3 business days of the product's arrival. Please be aware that we will not accept requests for returns or exchanges after that period.

If you would like to see our products firsthand, you can visit our company and see them in use.
You will be able to simulate how they'll be used and in what situations they'll be used.
If you would like to view our products, please contact us in advance. (The product you wish to view may not be available at our office, so be sure to contact us ahead of time.)
We can also provide advice on product usage examples and methods, so feel free to get in touch with us if needed.

How to Order

It is possible to place orders 24 hours a day online.
Business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays only.
We are closed on weekends and holidays as well as the New Year's, Golden Week, and Obon holiday periods, so it may take some time for us to get back to you during these times.

We accept payment by COD, bank transfer, credit card, or convenience store payment.
Please be aware that any service charges will be paid by the customer.

Shipping Fees

For corporate purchases, shipping is free except for certain areas (Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands).
For purchases by individuals, shipping costs 4,000 yen. We will notify you of the shipping cost when placing an order as an individual.
